Apologies in advance ...

So, I was talking to a gentleman in my Sunday School class yesterday. We are always ribbing each other about our football teams. He is a big OSU fan (and an occasional coot fan). Of course, I am Clemson. We were going back and forth, and as I was leaving he made a comment about Clemson probably losing to ND. I just responded with, "At least my team will be playing."
Hope that doesn't come back to haunt us.

the discussion in class before. And, the usual culprit is yours truly.
This was after our Zoom class meeting and at an outside picnic lunch.

OHio St. and sometimes coot fan. Can't believe anything is lower. No offense to your friend. Just an observation.

Other than those two things, he truly is a good man, and I respect him.
I am thankful God still loves me despite my poor choices I've made.

As Bill Gates once said, "Success is a lousy teacher. It makes people think they can’t lose. When people think they can’t lose, there’s an upset brewing. Like when David beats Goliath and the underdog triumphs”
In his book "The Winners Manual" former Ohio State Coach Jim Tressel references this quote so the Bucknuts should be familiar with it.
