Etienne is fast, but hes football fast, not necessarily track fast. The only way to measure it that isnt completely subjective is with measured times, which only happen on a track typically. Think Martavis Bryant or Sammy Watkins vs Jacoby Ford. Some people lose their speed with pads. Some make up the difference in it.

I think 3 guys on our team are among the fastest around during the game . Like the above mentioned ... track speed and pad-on-player speed are different categories. Some players like Travis go faster with that football in their hands . Did you see anyone run Feaster or Etienne down from behind in 2017 ? I don't recall that happening.

Yup, I saw Tee Higgins run down Feaster and provide an escort to the end zone vs. NC State

Totally different types of speed

Feaster is a burst, 4.4 40 guy, but doesn’t have the long stride like Tee does. Eventually a taller guy will separate and be faster in longer distances. See Usain Bolt. His 40 time wouldn’t be that ridiculous because he is a Long strider that takes longer to get to top speed than a guy like ETN or Feaster.

Those 2 aren't even the fastest on the team...

Trayvon Mullen and Mark Fields are by far the fastest two players on the team. Both had 4.3 speed coming out of high school. Nobody else got close.

I’d agree. Not to say this list isn’t the 10 fastest, but some guys are faster in pads than others. I remember seeing Sammy break loose against FSU during a 3:30 game (2011) and thinking, wow that dude is just faster than everyone else on the field. I’m sure there were guys who might have hung with him in gym shorts...?
