So Beefie's poast yesterday about sausage balls combined with our weather event here in SWVA made ole APM go out and get the ingredients for sausage balls. IF APM could have found the ingredients for sausage balls. Went to Kroger dis mawn. FORGET finding Bisquick. Dat sh*t ain't on da shelves. And forget Kraft sharp cheddar cheese. APM's only win was the Jimmy Dean sausage.

Anyhoo, made the not-quite-Bisquicky-good sausage balls and grits dis mawn. The winter weather is sadly ice not snow. And of course the Tigers came here and lost lass night.

APM is a sadder but wiser man today.

Somebody makes pre-made frozen sausage balls

that are pretty good. We usually make the home made ones, but the frozen ones are a decent (and easy) prostitute. I mean, substitute.

They make a hot country sausage that is the bomb in some sausage balls. Their corporate headquarters and distribution facility was down the road from my high school. Theyd always donate their pig eyes to our school for dissection in biology.
