Willie and his whistle

I noticed that Willie Taggart was wearing a whistle around his neck while on the sideline during our game. He must have thought the game was actually a practice or scrimmage. It would have been a penalty for him to use it during a REAL GAME. Maybe he knew they had no chance to win before the game began.
