Pasta night here. Quick and easy. Rigatoni cooked al dente, tossed into Rao’s marinara + 1/2 jar water + onion, hot Italian sausage, garlic, capers simmered for 30 min to reduce.

8 to 10 minutes in the microwave depending on the size of the onion. I could eat it alone.
