For sure a talent, but super weird.

if you haven't seen 20 Feet from Stardom, Darlene Love tells about him dubbing The Crystals with her voice, and her never getting credit.

Also, Soundbreaking 8 part PBS series had some bits of him in there.

Both are good documentaries though
