The game

Sep 20, 2020, 10:36 AM

Yesterday was extremely well organized as far as the actual game was concerned. The fans were very much into the game and all the safety measures appeared to be done just right. Even though there was only 18,500 fans the stadium was occupied. Most of the seating had chairs and the entrance into the stadium was easy and safely handled. I saw plenty of students too. The biggest thing missing from the weekend was the lack of tailgating that is always a BIG part of football weekend. The team was obviously ready to play and well prepared. I can’t wait to see Lawrence against Miami and Notre Dame. Seeing the great throw and catch by Rogers was the highlight of the day for me.

The coaches have some good film to watch of the young guys who will become a big part of Tiger football in the future. I wish this wasn’t a bye weekend but I know the coaches will use the extra time to get everyone better. I look for ETN to have his best games in the next two games.
