The BEST Is Yet To Come.....

Returned late Wednesday from my 13th trip in the past 5 years to see the Tigers play in a post-season game. Last year I got a break as I could drive to the Natty!

I know we lost twice to 'Bama in the playoffs but this seemed different. There has already been a lot of discussion around why it happened but it happened and it felt a bit like getting punched in the gut and not being able to get your breath back. I can't even imagine how the players and coaches have felt this week.

The fact is, however, this is only a blip in a long journey that started 10 years ago. This was a loss in a National Championship game - a game 10 years ago no one would have thought possible. And this is number 4!

The Tigers will rebound - today's announcement from Etienne solidifies that. I'm already looking forward to Pasadena or New Orleans and Miami next year.

The BEST is yet to come....
