Not good news -- but next man up. Hopefully, Simpson and Venables can step up.

the following list of players back and healthy (with no other injuries to anyone else on the team):
Tyler Davis James Skalski Mike Jones Justin Foster Fred Davis Xavier Thomas (still getting into shape) Joseph Ngata Frank Ladson (Hip injury)
If we can get everyone healthy (and Covid Free) by the end of the season, we will be deadly.

Let's throw in Trevor Lawrence as well.

so TL was a given as we're sure he'll be back by FSU.
Also, I left Ross off this b/c they've said he wouldn't play this year. I guess, if he gets cleared in December, he could be back for playoffs.
....Even better!!

He clogs up the middle allowing others to attack.
Wish it were different. Go Tigers!

Bryan is a good pass rusher

But he doesn't anchor the middle against the run like Tyler.
Against ND, it will be more important to jam the middle. Running is more fundamental to their offense than passing. Our DBs should be fine.

I will be honest, I have not watched more than 5 minutes of them as I find them as boring as Bama circa 2011ish. That said, supposedly they have one of the beat O Lines in CFB. If true, missing Davis and Skalski is a big deal as I would line up and pound it on our boys, then hit play action deep. We will see. BV i am sure has a plan. That's why they play the game. Frankly, it's almost good to have a game with some uncertainty for a change. I love to curb stomp teams, but it's a lot better when there is a challenge and something to get juiced up for. Go Tigers!
