I may be wrong, but Trevor Lawrence never struck me as the self centered type, that would play those kind of games. I'm glad I stopped watching this guys show. Once again he proves just how full of crap he is. Maybe one day he will get his head so far up Sabans rear end, that he will disappear and never be heard from again.

That’s exactly right. Trevor would not even be discussing this if he hadn’t been asked a direct question about it. And his answer is the same as Dabo’s answer when they ask him if he would ever consider going back to Alabama.

Will someone please tell me why anybody in their right mind cares what this baldhead, big ear, non-athletic moron has to say? He is nothing but a sorry little terd waiting for Clemson to lose a game or something bad to happen and he will be screaming loud and foolishly throwing rocks at Dabo and the Clemson football program. People please don't waist the energy acknowledging anything this fool says.

Why is everyone listening to "Bozo the Clown"? He is just doing what he normally does -- running off at the mouth.
Clemson fans must have something better to occupy our time other than listening to Bozo!

finebaum just doing his job
Oct 28, 2020, 6:04 PM

Anybody with a talk show about college football, with 4 hours to fill every day, is bound to say some things that tick off various fan bases if he doesn't tell them how great they are. And that's a good thing. He seems like an equal opportunity offender if you're the sensitive type.
Don't take it so seriously, it's all in fun, he can't be boring or he'd be off the air in 5 minutes.
Any of you complaining, if you were in his position, being honest and calling it like you see it, and wanting to keep your job, would tick off a lot of fanbases, it goes with the territory.
I'm no great fan, but he has a great formula, and if he criticizes Clemson, it might be valid and at any rate it rolls off my back like water off a ducks back. It's just words and has no outcome on Clemson games, so relax.

He sure works real hard trying to convince his opinions are facts as he sees it.
What a roob. Who cares what he thinks. Of Trevor doesn’t want to play for a loser organization in New York, he’ll let the world know with his actions. He’s not playing games like bum wishes he was right about. Not everyone is as arrogant and Shallow as his sorry ###.

Maybe...maybe not...
Dabo has created something special at Clemson - the best description I've heard is family. There's no other way to have such talent covet an offer knowing Dabo's going to spread the playing time around rather than focusing on one or two Players' stats without them getting upset (well, 99% of them anyway). This is one of the challenges of a Clemson Player winning the Heisman.
Now that some of Dabo's Players are out the door and established in the NFL, they're likely telling the guys who are there to cherish the time and possibly hold on to it. Trevor's in a unique position that an extra year (I remember when 4 years was standard) isn't going to hurt his prospects in the least and could actually put him in a better position.
Travis Etienne has set a great example; others will (Trevor may) follow...

I recall Vince Thompson on his show last winter..
Oct 28, 2020, 10:04 PM
|
|
Thompson, Founder of MELT University (sports marketing organization) said that Trevor would not play the 2020 season because he would save himself for the 2021 draft. My observation was then and is now that the rest of the world wants Trevor gone from Clemson. While I certainly expect that he will opt for the 2021 draft, it is not a forgone conclusion. Non- Clemson folks don’t understand that “there is something in these hills”.

Poor ole' PAAWWL still don't get it; Clemson has more going on that just $'s, X's and O's... like integrity, heart, and passion. Just ask CJ Spiller. Now good luck to Trevor whatever he decides but anyone who knows what Clemson is about, knows that Trevor was sincere with what he did and did not say.
If the Jets are first up, Trevor should come back with limited reps to sit behind DJ as declared second string ">
