Haven't decided yet what Imma do with em. Yesterday I breaded pork chops with crushed pretzels and fried them, so I'm all fried out. Thinking about cubing the chicken and tossing it with pasta in some buttery garlic sauce.

Shoulder, ribs, steak, don't yet know. All I know for sure is the bourbon. It started life as an ordinary Dickel 12 - which is good for the price - and custom aged with a variety of woods, with a great result. Breaking it out tomorrow.

Well I did this without the cayenne. It was good. I just used salt and pepper. I almost pulled it perfectly, but I think I poured too much wine into the sauce where it didn't reduce properly. It was good for first time. I will make better next time. Well worth it and pretty easy though. I will do again and I recommend.
