Path to ACC #5 seed, NCST has adv. in 4-way tie

Current standings:
SYR - 10-9 (last game @ Miami) ND - 9-9 (home games vs FSU and VT) CU - 9-9 (GT, @ VT) NCST 9-10 ( home vs Wake)
GT - 9-9 (forfeited, plus we play them and would knock them out if we win)
We need to win out and really need for ND to lose to have a shot. This helps us in 3-way tie or head to head scenarios.
If everyone wins out, in a 4-way tie (record vs tied teams) #5 NCST (3-1), #6 ND (2-2, 1-0 vs CU), #7 CU (2-2, 0-1 vs ND), #8 SYR (1-3)
3 way ties If NCST loses but everyone else wins #5 ND (2-1), #6 CU (1-1), #7 SYR (1-2)
If SYR loses #5 NCST (2-1), #6 ND (1-1), #7 CU (1-2)
If ND loses #5 CU (2-1, 1-1 NCST, 1-1 LOU, 1-1 FSU), #6 NCST (2-1, 1-1 CU, 0-1 Lou, 0-1 FSU), #7 Syr (0-2)
head to head ties: CU vs SYR: CU CU vs NCST: CU (1-1, 1-1 LOU, 1-1 FSU, NCST did not beat these teams) CU vs ND: ND

meaning if we all win there will be no 4-way tie as best they can finish is with 10 wins, everyone else can have 11

I think I can simplify it:

Win two this week, and we’re in pretty decent shape.
Lose this week, and we don’t deserve it anyway.

Slight correction....

If everyone wins out...the 3 way tie with Clemson, Syracuse and Notre Dame is what would happen. N.C. State can only get to 10-10, and those three would be 11-9 in that scenario. For there to be a 4 way tie...everyone would have to be 10-10.
If we win both games, I think we'll be 5th, likely by ourselves. If we split, we'll be in tiebreaker stuff...but to be honest, I'm not sure that it matters. I think at this point, the only team I don't want to see until the semifinals or finals is FSU (I think they'll end up the 1 seed). 5,6, or 7 won't be too much of a difference. The first game will be against teams that are basically the same....we'll be favored, but they are all capable of pulling that upset. If we win that, it's on to face one of the top 4...and they'll be favored, but we'll be capable of pulling the upset. I do think we match up better with Louisville and Duke than we do FSU on a neutral court. UVA always seems beatable, but we have not fared well against them recently.

Would not want to play Wake in the first game. They seem to match up great with us. We had to come back at home and beaten on road. Their big man is hard to guard.

They're scrappy, no doubt. But I don't think they would

see the same Clemson team they beat. Our guys won't be lazy in the tournament and CBB will have them ready for the matchup zone. Plus the emergence of Hemenway will be a potential difference maker. If Dawes can penetrate against their zone the way he did against FSU it will create a lot of opportunities.

eliminated if we win out.
3 way tie scenario #5 ND (2-1), #6 CU (1-1), #7 SYR (1-2)
head to head ties: CU vs SYR: CU CU vs ND: ND
So it really just comes down to us winning and ND losing. No way we can get #5 if ND wins out in both head to head or 3-way tie scenario
