Rebuilding Year

Losing is the pits and nobody is happy about the final result last night. Yet we all need to keep in mind that this was a rebuilding year for our defense. We lost a ton of talent to the NFL in last year's draft. Like it or not, defense wins championships. The good news is, Dabo has propelled our program to the place that, even in a rebuilding year, our Tigers finish 2nd in the nation. Think about that for a moment. Did anyone imagine we'd be here when Tommy Bowden was fired? Already Clemson is the "odds on favorite" to win the National Championship in 2020. So Tiger fans, lick your wounds for a few minutes this morning. Dream about what might have been. But keep your chin up. We're fans of "the premier college football program" in America and I couldn't be prouder! Go Tigers!!
