Poke bowls. Sushi rice and arugula as a bed. Marinated the tuna in tamari, sesame oil, grated onion and ginger, scallions. Toppings were cukes, avo, cilantro, carrot, edamame, seaweed salad, furikake. Ponzu and honey-sriracha sauces.
Drank a lot of wine yesterday, no booze tonight.
