why former players, especially star players, do not make good coaches or general managers!

Yes, there are exceptions ..... but these two dudes are not them!

Uh huh ..... kind of like the year that the Panthers took two or three bad QB's in the second round ..... none of who could play any position. I think one was the dude from Notre Dame (Claussen) and the one from App State,
