Even though they can't control who wins what, I'm sure they are hoping quietly that Clemson wins every game . I realistically don't think we have another Acc team capable this year since FSU's qb went down.
Clemson play the last two seasons has brought legitimacy and lots of great press to the ACC. If we get knocked out, I doubt we get any team in this year imo. Best thing that can happen to the conference is if the other teams play well and we keep winning.

Just hope the ACC keeps Duane Heydt and Ron Cherry off of the field when we are playing

The helmet to the chin he took from So Cal knocked him out for good

Kind of early to be writing teams off

Any one loss ACC champion is going to have chance at the playoff.
FSU, Miami, Va Tech, Louisville and of course Clemson are all still in it.

That's the thing, I don't believe anyone but Clemson is capable of a 1 loss season this year.

That is not true at all.

FaCT: An undefeated, or even 1 loss acc champ WILL be in the playoff. The acc is wide open right now. I'd say only syracuse and ncstate are out of it.
Like always the big12 will have to argue it's way in.

Mmmmm, that's not a fact.
Oklahoma or Ok State will get in. So it is down to ACC vs Big Ten. Considering the perceived power of the Big Ten, a 1 loss ACC loser will likely not get in over Penn St. or Michigan.
USC looks awesome, but Oregon has a shot too based on the last two weeks. So is likely
SEC Big 12 Pac 10 ACC or Big Ten

For those who say 1-loss ACC champions will get in...

don't forget about the possibility of having 4 other undefeated Power-5 champions. I know the chance is slim, but don't rule it out just yet.
