Haha, agreed. I remember when he committed and got the tattoo I figured he was a lock, I mean, who would do that and not come?!? I figured his recommitment was because of the scamDEMic and that once that horsehair was exposed and over he'd finally commit. Guess he actually wanted to look around - so kinda weird he got the tattoo.
Either way, seems like a great kid and hope he ends up a Tiger - Clemson that is...suppose he could pick LSU and still get away with the tattoo.

Well you can't say that he is just getting a free visit this time. Says a lot about where Clemson is with him for his family to come from Cali on their own dime during Thanksgiving weekend. Of course I would do anything I could to get out of that #### hole California if I could too.

DJ's dad may be the difference maker, and seeing how happy DJ is with his choice and the national exposure he already has had as a freshman certainly won't hurt. To bring the family along means Clemson is in the thick of it.

A proven powerhouse that showcases its true freshmen DL early and then churns them out into 1st rounders... or a failing program in USC because it’s close to home?
Seems like an easy choice, especially if he wants to play in primetime games, compete for CFP titles, and be on the fast-track to the NFL. Clemson all day.
