We had lots of unearned love at that time. Now the opposite is happening. It is a new term I’ll call Tigering. Where err body doubts us and we will win the nc and they will say they are tired and I won’t care.

While I don't like for our Tigers to struggle and play the type of game we saw this past Saturday, I am glad that it happened when it did.

If we had beaten UNC by 30 then, based on how we seemed to approach the game, I'm not sure we would have gotten past FSU with a win.

Continuing without a "wake-up call" through the off week and into the next game is a long time for the team to lack focus.

It really is random luck when your struggling effort is able to result in a win vs resulting in a loss.

Fortunately for us, UNC was not quite able to take advantage of our down effort.

kicked in the teeth on national TV after a summer of hype? It really looked like Tommy thought that all he had to do that night was show up and win. Lil Nicky quickly pointed out the error of that line of thinking. The only other time I have seen that Deer in the Headlights look from a Head Coach was from Saban himself in the Natty last year.
