to look at my L5-S1 that is beginning to finally give me big problems. We go through the whole rigamarole of giving her my information. Her last question to me was "Will you need x-rays?"

I ended up having to fuse those, cage and hardware deal.

If you can avoid surgery, do it. Get into yoga, pilates, whatever. I wish I'd not needed it.

arm tingling and going numb, etc. C4, C5 vertebrae, calcium deposits, bone spurs, pinching the nerve. I'm one of the lucky ones in which symptoms are now returning. Yay. Now having some issues in my back and hip. All are basically "arthritic" in nature. That is the catch all term anyway. I will avoid going under the knife again if at all possible. Making an appt with an arthritis specialist very soon...
