The first of course is the report of the 18 year old attacked with lighter fluid and a match or lighter by four guys who looked like "frat boys" and yelled a racist insult at her while they did it. Everything has gone very quiet, per police request, since it is an ongoing investigation. Still, at the intersection she described, there is a camera mounted there that could see everything. It would be nice if we could see the video (or tell us if there is any...they must know by now), since it either did not happen, or it did happen, AND THERE'S A BUNCH OF PSYCHOS ROAMING THE STREETS OF MADISON WILLING TO SET SOMEONE ON FIRE.

Acting Madison police chief Vic Wahl said the investigation "remains an open case and we are actively investigating with the assistance of the FBI.”

The other is the confrontation in Indiana. Many thanks to the gentleman claiming he was attacked, because he used the term lynching, which is a terrible term to use, but without any proof that it was used the media still looooooooooooooooooooves it. Anyway, we'll see how it goes. A couple of the white guys have now lawyered-up and come up with a totally different story. Seems to me that with that many people around, the cops could (or hopefully already did) separate them all and get all of their stories to see what matches what.

I would hate for either of these stories to disappear because if they are true, justice must be served, and if they are not...well, same.

The attorney for Sean Purdy (one of the white guys in the video) claims his client took and passed a polygraph that specifically addressed the claims about using a racial epithet and threatening to get a noose. The lawyer then offered to pay for Mr. Booker's polygraph, an offer declined by Mr. Booker's lawyer.

This one continues to be interesting. The claim is they jumped him while he was walking away. I wonder if these white guys have any record of violence in the past or if this was just the moment they allegedly snapped.

No update on the biracial woman attacked in Madison since the 911 call was released a few days ago where she says they used lighter fluid and "a match...or a lighter." That seems odd not to know but I guess if that actually happened to you all you would see coming toward you is fire.
