PAC 12 should sue the CFP if...

OSU goes to CFP...

If Southern Cal finishes a 6-0 PAC 12 champ...

Why is a 6-0 Big Ten champ more deserving of a CFP berth?

Personally I think neither of them belong ...

SEC/ACC/Big 12 will all have played nearly twice the games ....

They should do one of the following-
- Exclude all the latecomers
- Include Big Ten champ and PAC 12 champ if both undefeated (dumb but at least consistent)
- Require OSU to play Southern Cal for the 4th seed

They’ll do none of these things of course ..but oh well..

They could play it on December 26 and then only have 6 days
to get ready for the semifinals on January 1.

They started 5-0 and had they not been forced to play more games (like OSU) they’d be playing OSU in the championship and theoretically still in the CFP picture.
Also, if I were Bama, Clemson, & Norte dame I’d refuse to play the conference champ games. They’ve done enough already to be in the playoffs.
