I think we just found our defensive version of HR13. I think he will continue to impress as he gets more reps!

If you don't know the story of Dabo bringing Turner to Clemson, look it up. Dabo is one of a kind.

Uh huh ..... great play by Nolan in perfect position. No need to speculate on a player that did not run a route correctly.

I respectfully disagree that he would have 100% been beat again if the WR continued on the post. Nolan appeared to have some inside leverage or at least 50/50 with WR instead of turn tail & run like he was on the last OSU TD. I think that plus the appearance the Fields was going to scramble out is what made WR break into his 2nd route.

He’s smart player, but he got burnt couple times and whiffed couples times on tackles. I’m sure he gives 110% but we have to have a bigger/faster safety then him. That was miscommunication on that last INT. But I’m sure glad he caught it. Go Tigers and on to Nola!

Hunter Renfrow is a Clemson legend.
I like Turner, but he's isn't half the player.

Imo, Nolan turner is below average and makes one really good play per game. My 2 cents. He had about 3 really bad plays against Ohio state that extended drives or allowed them to put points on the board

Agreed. Having heart in college is always huge though, since the most talented players are still inconsistent and inexperienced. Think about all those College Basketball guards that dominate in the tournament and then you never see them again.

Correct. I don't know why all the ragging on Nolan. He got beat on the first TD pass, but please name me a DB that hasn't been beat. Anybody remember Minkah Fitzpatrick? The guy is pretty darn good. Nolan was in excellent position to defend what looked like a post route. To speculate that he would have not been in position to defend it is really stupid, as he went directly to the ball and there is no evidence that the receiver would have gotten there first or beat Nolan to the ball. Why in the world is this even an issue.
