already didn't like it. I did, but I never used it anyway. It just was just another reason. Steve Wozniak deactivated his acct too. There will be some people obviously. It will probably add up to nothing though.

which was finally deprecated 2 years ago. I let go then, and couldn't be happier. I missed all the garbage political Facebook war.
Seems the most likable components were, firstly, exclusivity. You had to have an email with .edu suffix. Then everyone got it in 07. Had a few good years, and was lucky to be the alternate to MySpace.
Ads and sponsored content killed it. I moved 4 hours from home, and enjoyed keeping up with 10 people. The rest is just internet spying

Letting high school kids, olds, and people who never went to college on it made it a worse environment. It's still useful, though, for networking, keeping up with old friends, and organizing parties.
Basically, it's useful for what it was originally for, and the newer stuff like the status updates and memes that olds and little kids like have become more annoying.

Still have the app to keep up with neighborhood stuff and cub scouts. Other than that, I wouldn't even use it at all. There is one guy who posts funny stuff though. Have him at the top of my list so I don't have to scroll through all the other BS.

There are probably hundreds of other social media sites. Myspace (lulz) was around a long time before The Facebook was. But it sucked, and all the cool college kids flocked to The Facebook.
