Tomorrow, I may just stop in the middle of a Powerpoint presentation and tell the customer "I am opting out". Am I good to go, like will still get promoted and stuff?

According to my studies, I am convinced you will be greatly rewarded! Good luck and don’t look back.

Just make sure to explain that you’re opting out to focus on your future at the next level. That way they will have context and would certainly understand your decision.

Possibly OK, seems to be more and more acceptable.

But you should have you backup plan ... a new job, a plan to start your business, a winning lotto ticket, some crypto in the hip pocket ... Good luck and go out in style!

I base all my career moves on football moves. I recently did the flea flicker and jumped my immediate boss. Once I sacked a middle manager and he didn’t come back to work for like 6 weeks and treated me with much more respect than before. In my experience, PREVENT never seems to work.

When you leave work, be sure to walk backwards to avoid the door smacking your hinder parts.

IF you wear a piece of BLM clothing - arm band, lapel pin, etc.; declare that you are transgender and that you felt threatened when [ insert management, HR, or other management type name here ] failed to address you by your preferred pronoun, and you cough a few times - into your home made Gamecock face mask - I guarantee that you will be just fine. That promotion will be in the bag.
Happy New Year!

Depends. Can you cite many life experiences where you have been oppressed?

Knowing what you do your customer should be more concerned with you forcing HIM to opt out.

If you are working for free, but you have a job offer to make millions, there is no need to stay around. I am sure that's the case. Go for it.
