Menu for the week

Tonight- pollo a la brasa, patatas bravas, aji verde

Monday- blackened ny strip & blue cheese salad, roasted red pepper vinaigrette (wife's favorite)

Tuesday- spaghetti alla carbonara, endive salad

Wednesday- pork tenderloin in the sousvide then seared off

Thursday- pulled smoked chicken sandwiches. Brioche buns, bacon, pickled jalapenos, shallots, and cotija

Friday- roasted salmon with maple-dijon sauce

I'm extremely low maintenance and have a decent retirement fund, plus Soc Sec... so no financial burden at all. I'd mostly just stay in my room and only come out for dinner...
