Just heard from ND neighbor

So just left work and loading up to make the drive and my unusually quiet ND neighbor walks over to my drive way. Said "don't be surprised to see more ND fans there than Clemson fans. We are buying up tickets left and right on stub hub." Said the "Disposable income" of most ND Grads "allows us to go to about any away game and buy tickets at will." Said he knows of friends flying from Chicago to Atlanta and renting a car to drive up Saturday and "have no doubt they will have enough cash to get in."

Pretty arrogant. Reminded me of a Tarheel with more disposable income! lol

Also said he didn't know our coach was a "bible thumper"...I said "you have a mural of Jesus on campus".

Said to tell all of his "golden domers he said hi. I said "does that include Manti's girlfriend? Or is she really dead?"

See you at the Esso tomorrow boys! Go Tigers! PS...I let my dog poop in his yard when he went in!

Seriously, the guy in the office next to mine is a huge ND fan and asked me last spring about tickets to the game. I was actually going to invite him to go with and show him how we tailgate. His Glee Club is having their reunion on campus that weekend. They always pick weekends with away football games so they can get hotel rooms on campus cheap. He's going to the reunion instead of the game. I still can't believe that.

I lived in Ohio for a while and can't imagine leaving the state the one weekend Clemson played tOSU in Columbus, especially if both teams were top 10-12 at the time.
