If something is repeated on Tigernet it is commonly accepted to be pointed out as Germans
If someone engages in whatsboutism, I’d like to have a generally accepted term for it
So rather than a long diatribe of a response a one word reply could be called out with a simple, Canadians, Russians, Italians or whatever is decided upon

Actually, to answer your question,no. It doesn't. See, they have dual flush toilets mandated by law, to save water. As such, their toilets use very little water. As a result of the low water flow, you don't get a chance to see the "swirl" in the bowl. Newer American toilets are the same.
Now drain a bathtub and yes, you will see it.
