I don't understand why talking heads say we shouldn't be ranked ahead of Miami, when Vegas opens with us as 5 pt. favs? Maybe it's because I don't know much about spreads and lines, I dunno.

Dany Sheridan was on Finebaum today and he said Clemson

would be a 7 to 10 point favorite in Charlotte. I know Vegas is saying 5 at this time. Sheridan also said, barring major injuries Saturday, he figures Clemson will be about a 14-point favorite in Columbia.

Vegas line has nothing to do with who wins the game as it’s only purpose is to get half of all betters to wager on each team. You bet $110 to win $100 so Vegas always wins

this fact. Amazing how people get offended because Vegas "thinks" one way or the other. As you said, the only thing they think about is getting equal money on both sides!
