This kid is from my home town, played for the same high school I did as well. Trust me, most people from that area have a chip on their shoulders about "opportunity"... The income divide is huge in that county and the minorities are the majority. I was a lucky one who was able to escape and make it to a better area, but make no bones about it, I did not wait for my opportunity to come to me, I took the initiative and went and found it. The kids need to realize that you cant sit around and wait for it to pass by you and hopefully grab you as it does. You have to hunt it, hog tie it, and ride it till it gives in.
