Overreaction or am I just an #######?

So Saturday I get black out drunk while SIL and nephews are over. Don't remember #### after 10. Apparently I had a good 30 minutes before I passed out where I don't remember anything.
Fast forward to Wednesday night. Wife of is using my phone to look up an old friend of hers who's batshit crazy. They had a falling out so they are not friends anymore (yes this is a female).
She gets on the search bar and apparently at some point I had searched for one of my ex's.
I don't remember searching for her on buddybook.
I even used the search function a few times that day for other purposes. Didn't see that name (because if I had I would have deleted it quickly).
So I have no idea how that name got in my search history except for that 30 minutes I had blacked out.
So now, according to wife of, I am obviously having an affair and desire other women and not her.
Edit to add: of course I apologized. Still keeping my line that I have no memory of searching for her. Of course she doesn't believe me and I can't blame her. But oh well. here we are.
