I've heard that the only appeal is in the replay review booth- and that stinks that they let one ref decide that his buddy made the right call.

Said on TV that the replay official would overturn that earlier targetting call against a Clemson player and it wasn't, that they haven't had him in the booth for commentary

Maybe he didn't get his envelope of $ until after that game?.
