Sounds to me like it is from workers comp, or the other party's attorney. If you are in doubt, I'd contact a legal pro and ask them what your obligations are. At least that way your ### is covered.

due to an accident. Her boss didn't have it noted. This is her attorney trying to figure out how much to ask other parties insurance company for I do believe. I've seen this several times before. I'd like to be able to tell them to #### off and tell the employee to not waste time with it. I mostly feel this way because I don't want to info that isn't 100% correct.

I agree...that mess takes you away from your job and risk getting the answers right. Cover your backside!

Now, if she has a purdy mouth it's a hole new ball game!
