Seems like we should have all been stock brokers in the 80s. It seems like everybody had cocaine in the 80s, what went wrong?

night.
But in all srsness: I eat a whole lot healthier than my pizza diet leads on:
Breakfast: Clif Bar
Lunch: Lean Cuisine, Silk Almond Dark Chocolate and either a can of tuna or chicken
Dinner: Normally whatever I want, but size moderated. Last night was Mellow Mushroom, but only two slices of their 10" Buffalo Chicken
Post Run: Cup of chocolate milk and a banana.
I consumed 1,685 calories yesterday and burned ~550 calories on my run last night.

So we order it and typically pick it up. Last night it was 30 mins, so I stretched and rolled my legs then went and picked them up. I'm making three meals out of a 10" pizza.

Our smalls are also 10. I can take down one of those will little problem. I tend to stretch mine really thin. I figure it cuts out some of the carbs anyway. Also, less dough to soak up the grease. The disk comes out covered in it.

into my routine. I run 4 days a week and need to make it to the gym to hop on the bike or do some weight lifting. Upper body isnt getting any attention, but my legs are beginning to look like those of a thoroughbred.

a place that is only $50 a month. Problem is, 25-30 minutes from my house. Running bores me. Going to the gym bores me and there are too many people in the way. I need to try something.

So stupid. So dumb.

My good friends fat fiance is pretty much going to fat camp twice a day. "Camp Gladiator". She ####### posts stupid #### multiple times a day on social media with her fat friends about their light jogs and how "bold" they feel!
Programs like CrossFit and the above Camp Gladiator just make me think the person is paying someone else to motivate them to get in shape. I have a Y membership (thanks employer) and I havent been since last summer when we got Ellie. The road is my gym now and I like being out there more than cramped in a gym on a treadmill, bike or running on the indoor track.

with dumbell, lunges with dem same dumbells. I suggest grabbing the 20# dumbells. Maybe 25#-30# but you probably shouldn't curl that much unless you are #Tote1Skrong. Also, squats, but make sure you are ATG.

Your former school mate Vic Sanders saw me squat the most I ever did. I think it was some measly 400 pounds, maybe lower. ####### judge said I didn't go parallel, he was a liar.
