increased again with no claims in 5 years. They must think they're the cable company. Looking at rates, claims and customer service. Any recommendations?

We ask every two-three years and they usually drop it back. If you're with a nationwide company you're just being assigned an increase every year based on some algorithm that your local agent never sees. They can usually help you out if you call them and ask. At least that's been my experience with Farm Bureau and State Farm.
