Do you use one? What is the go to brand/model?

Dentist really starting to fuss about not flossing enough (yes I know this isn't a substitute) but said a good one would help gums.

I think I took it a bit more seriously when said "root canal"

WaterPic. Dang the stuff that comes out AFTER you brush! I add a splash of hydrogen peroxide to the warm water.

I use that Oral-B base model. Started getting cheap brush replacements from Amazon instead of buying the Oral-B ones. You can get 8 OEM for the price of 1.5 Oral-B

Costco had a 2fer deal so got them for me and the bride.

I literally hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. (just lazy and busy) and when i finally made my self start going back this year they were seriously dumbfounded that i hadn't had a cleaning in that long. I don't really eat sweets though.

Wife's broke, so I let her have mine....she picked up a Quip for me from Target, and TBH, it seems to be about the same 'bruch', but it's $30, and the heads + battery are $5

They've got a bluetooth connected version from like $50, if you're into that kind of thing

Sonicare or GTFO. Yes its expensive, but yes it makes a difference. Imagine busting up concrete with a claw hammer or a using a jack hammer. And go the full 2 minute cycle.

Sonic care tooth brush. Then water pic and add some mouthwash to the water reservoir. It is very refreshing to have mouthwash shot down below the gum line.
