What is the capacity limit in North Carolina. Shouldn't they move this game to Florida... Tampa or Jacksonville.

so being Bank of America stadium has a capacity of 75,525 does that mean at 0.07% there will only be 5,286 fans allowed inside the stadium? If so that would really be a bummer for all the fans of both schools that wanted to go.

I wonder what science led to the 7% decision.

No science, simple negotiation. NC said 0% allowed, ACC said how about 15%? They went back-and-forth and settled on 7%, Hmmm, a win-win deal?
