NFL Combine schedule set for Clemson players

by -

It will be a busy few days for the 10 Tigers competing to improve their draft stock this weekend in Indianapolis.

In all, Clemson tied with Alabama for the most NFL Scouting Combine invitees (11) but Austin Bryant won't participate in drills after surgery for a torn pectoral muscle suffered last season. Mitch Hyatt kicked off the competitive portion for Clemson products this week with the bench press Thursday, doing 28 reps. He and Hunter Renfrow have already weighed in (specifics below) and the Tiger D-linemen and linebackers will hit the scales on Friday before doing the bench press on Saturday.

Hyatt's OL group is scheduled to get going Friday at 11 a.m. with the 40-yard dash, position drills (noon) and then the vertical and broad jumps (1 p.m.). Renfrow will compete on Saturday afternoon with the broad/vertical jump (1 p.m.), 40-yard dash (2 p.m.) and position drills (3 p.m.). Check out the full schedule for the Tigers below.

The NFL Network will air the combine events all weekend.
