🚨 D1Baseball is the ranking most widely used when watching TV and all that, so I’m referring to D1Baseball rankings🚨

I thought Tennessee and Georgia both would jump all the way over Clemson.

1-Texas
2 - Ark
3 - Clemson
4 - Tennessee
5 - Georgia
6 - Oreg State
7 - FSU


It was like this before the new rankings

1 - Arkansas - Lost 2/3 to #7 Georgia

2 - Texas - Won 2/3 to Kentucky (19-14, same as Stanford basically), and they move to #1?


3- LSU - Swept by Auburn 😂

4 - Clemson - Won 2/3 vs Stanford

5 - Tennessee - Won 2/3 vs #6 Ole Miss

6 - Ole Miss - “ “

7 - Georgia - Won 2/3 vs #1 Arkansas



I would’ve imagined Tennessee and Georgia jumping ahead




And also, they did not take it easy on Arkansas and Ole Miss.


I mean how would Texas move up over Arkansas just for winning one more game during the week?

Especially when Arkansas plays #7 on the road, and Texas plays Kentucky and loses one.




Another thing, I honestly don’t see how they wouldn’t have moved Tennessee over Clemson for series win over #6 Ole Miss, but I am totally not mad because…….

I really really really dislike Tony Vitello






It’s just a curious thing for me with all this. Seeing how they arrange the rankings each week shows me their thought processes


The rankings, they definitely do matter because they’ll end up being a factor in our hosting seed.

Dictates you rank your prefered teams low in week 10 and move them up in week 16 before the playoffs.

That way you can claim objectivity.
I talk to a lot of software developers and they jokingly refer to this block of code as , "the ESPN subroutine. "

Not sure how Jawga and Volturds didn't jump is but I'll take it....we just need to beat Loserville this week. I am sick of losing to them.
