My money would be on TL16 today.
I'm an optimist that the new HC can put him in better position to succeed being an offensive mind. Seeing him turn Baker into a thriving QB gives me hope he can do the same for TL despite the franchise history. I think he's a top 10 QB easily when he's not running for his life or when the WRs don't have the dropsies.
DW4 at this point is washed. I'd love a redemption story arc but no signs of that happening unfortunately. That said, he's had probably the most successful run as a former Clemson QB starting in the NFL.
CK2....depends on where he lands. If it's Cleveland or the Jets ooof I don't have much hope based on the historical dysfunction of those franchises. Maybe he could do well in NOLA though if they might be a contender. But yep just gonna majorly depend on who he goes to and if they are a functional franchise.

I'm hopeful for Trevor as well. Unlike Cade, both he and Deshaun have some injury concerns.

Trevor. I think he turn the corner in a year or two and has a great 8 years or so at the end of his career.

TL16 is already better than DW4, he sadly hasn't been given good opportunities. DW4 was looking great until he trashed his reputation. Sad...
Klubnik has good potential, we will see.

but he has almost zero chance of getting back to that level. He was putting up MVP type numbers.
Trevor hasn’t had the start to his pro career that Deshaun had, but I remain hopeful that he can surpass the success Deshaun had.
I am amazed at how much Cade improved last year, but he doesn’t give me elite QB vibes like Deshaun and Trevor did. But who knows, he might prove to have the best pro career out of all three.

A lot of it (most of it?) has to do with the situation you inherit. Look at Purdy and the Niners. Who would have thought he would be a NFC champion and Super Bowl starting QB? He had a great team around him and great coaching. Switch TL and Purdy and their careers are very different to this point.

Charlie Whitehurst had a stellar NFL career. Made millions has full pension and never has to worry about CTE cuz he never played.
