We got the rsvfluvid. All 5 this time. Guessing this is flu or the rona. Already did RSV and walking pneumonia way back in October.

It's been a pretty bad sick season in this region this winter. I have multiple older family members that have been hospitalized for various illnesses. I very rarely get sick, and I got sick this year.

Flu A is still the predominant virus, according to the one guy left working in a lab at the CDC. We think kiddo had it toward the end of the Christmas holiday, and caught it from neighbor kid with the same symptoms. It was unfun. I feel like the key is to keep upright and mobile if you can, to try and avoid the pneumonia plague. Especially after eating:
