If we get the ball second on the coin toss that will probably be huge because I hate the thought of a first possession 3 and out on the road in the playoffs vs that defense and give them the ball after half. I don’t think either team wants the ball first in this game advantage to whoever goes on defense first imo.

Earlier this season Clemson won the coin toss and still elected to receive the ball first. We all know how that went.

You're 100% correct. We don't want the ball first. We almost always start slow.
