What you eating? Me, looking at the list of chemicals in fake meat I'll keep eating the real thing myself. DO not know why they tell us to cut out ultra processed stuff and promote this chemical wasteland of a product.

Only plant based meat i didn't hate was the impossible whopper that I tried with a free coupon. And that thing was just as many calories and even more salt than the meat version so what's the point again?

It is just hydrogenated vegetable oil; the real thing is probably healthier. The difference is that we are not eating cows. But taking plant-based food, an unhealthy one at that, and attempting to emulate a hamburger is stupid. That is probably why Beyond Meat is on the verge of bankruptcy. had they had gotten the price down, they may have been worth it,.
If you want a cheap plant-based burger, you can make them at home with black beans and breadcrumbs for about 50 cents each.

last time I bought a decent Ribeye, it was $27.00 for a 16 oz cut. Apparently, inflation has hit the subsidised corn we feed to subsidised cattle and the illegal labor who have not had a raise since 1987.
