Beck was good enough to torch Clemson for 278 yards and 2 TD's. He had plenty of time to throw against Clemson and plenty of open recieivers. If they had played a 5th quarter it would have really gottnen out of hand. A very poor Kentucky team played them even. Talent does not compare. But, these are not the Dogs from 2 years ago. Big change in play calling. Going from Todd Monken to Mike Bobo is a drop off of 10 points. Monken would have found a a solution to Kentuck's D scheme and this game would not have been as close with his play calling. By the time the Dogs lose one or two that game one blowout may become a highlight to their season.

All I’m saying is don’t talk crap about a team that beat us. We had games we looked like crap against and even lost to then we went on to go to the playoff and even won a NC. Sometimes it’s hard for teams like UGA to get motivated.

GA will be in the final 4. They didn't execute and it almost cost them. Every great team will have several of these type of games.

Now Kentucky PLAYED their best game of the year. It "looks" like Stoops has his team back after trying to bail on them last year to A&M. They really played for him last night.
All that said, Clemson gets thru season , without losing and continuing to build DEPTH, they'll be ready post season. If not barring a mass OFF season exit, next year will be THE year.

Why couldn't a Clemson team, who had a year to prepare and supposedly more talented that Kentucky, have similar results? That's the million dollar question.

a fantastic season last year, and carved us up in the 2nd half a couple week ago. Saying he's a bad QB after one subpar game is silly.
