Surprised this isn't getting more attention. There are a LOT of interesting tidbits in here about the O Line and who will be competing for playing time.

One thing that's immediately apparent: Coach Luke is really getting these guys to pay more attention to their weight and conditioning as well as communication and technique.........that can only translate into good things in the trenches. Very anxious to see how they perform against Jawja.

I'm delighted to hear him say that his idea of the game is for the O-Line to move the pile. I agree with him. To do that requires drive blocking with strength to overpower the D-Line. If you can do that, the running lanes open up automatically without requiring so much sideways zone blocking.

We just might be on the verge of a very good team this year.

Yep. Big emphasis this year on conditioning, technique and strength training. I'm expecting improvement this year.

Love listening to Coach Luke talk. You can tell he has a love for the game and passion to coach these guys. Is All In with Dabo and how Dabo runs the program. Encouraged by the way he talks about the guys being in shape, pushing the pile and finishing the play.
