Have the Jags had significant injuries on their O Line, it looks like Trevor is being pressure on every snap of the ball. Regardless of how good the QB is he while scrambling, he will still need to set his feet on passes down field 20-25 yards or more down or across the field. In the past 4-5 weeks, Trevor has been trying to get away from the pressure on about every down, and being caught up to so many times only raises his risk of being injured like he is right now. Maybe he should rethink his gift giving to his O Line until the season is completely OVER.
I know that until they find exactly what's going on that's allowing defenses to get so much pressure on him, they sure do need to scheme some plays that will allow him to get rid of the ball while having success doing it. I do know that it will be terrible if they get knocked out of the playoffs the first game after playing so well 3 quarters of the season.
One thing is for sure, Doug Pederson needs to have a come to Jesus kind of meeting with their offense and their defense before they find the exist door out of the playoffs way to early!!!

Don't disagree with anything you say but Trevor has had fumble issues - often when he is trying to do to much. The part I really hate is that is shouldering all the blame. He is being ripped in the national media and absolutely crucified on many of the Jag websites where is being called a complete bust. Many fans (likely the vocal minority) are adamant that he not be retained after this initial contract expires. Since they are realistically 2-3 years away from being a legitimate contender it's really going to be tough sledding these first 5 years. Not uncharted territory for #1 picks but it really bothers me to see his character called into question and see him dragged through the mud.

They should let him go if they don't believe in him. Someone will give him a shot and there aren't many worse offenses out there.

made the fundamental mistake of leaving TL16 with an untalented and invisible OL. The Jags mgt team greedily over reached and spent most of their draft picks on Defense the past two years thinking TL16 could overcome the lack of blocking on his own with some skill players.

They made a terrible mistake as well by waisting a number 1 pick on the Georgia LB - could have take the DE from Michigan or OL.

Eli Manning spent the last few seasons of his career running for his life behind a subpar OL - a situation Giants owner John Mara later said he regretted. Why these teams draft talented QBs (and RBs, for that matter) but then fail to invest in the O-line is a complete mystery to me.
