The 2009 Conference title should be marked with an asterisk.

A good Clemson fan would never try and find a negative to mention with Clemson being the leader of FB conference championships!!!

That's right. GT had to vacate that victory over us in that ACCCG due to NCAA violations.
If it had been UNC or one of the other schools not named Clemson that lost that game Swoffie would have taken the trophy from GT and given it to them.

We are the prohibitive favorite to win the ACC again. There are a few good teams outside of Clemson this year (I really think Louisville is one to watch) and we have to play like champs to be champs , week in and week out. I think we go undefeated in ACC play , and after we knock off LSU in the opener I expect our trip to the Roach to be as a top 2 or 3 ranked undefeated team playing for a 1 or 2 seed in the playoff

What is their QB situation. If the same kid that was there last year they could do pretty well.

Not to mention Louisville outplayed and out coached us last year from the moment we ran down the hill. Our team looked totally unprepared!

I’m thinking the inclusion of NC State in “not having appeared in an ACCCG” was a typo but I got a huge kick out of the shade. Miami fans are pretty delusional overall. They don’t have Ed Reed running out there anytime soon, and couldn’t win much of anything with the first overall pick.

I agree . Is Miami ever going to return to it's 80s/90s relevance ? Good Question. Right now and over the last decade , the ACC runs through Pickens County SC

We are an elite team. We should run through the ACC like a hot knife through butter with regularity.
The talking heads give us zero margin for error. Whether this is fair or not can be argued until the cows come home.
There is no reason for Clemson fans to be irritated by these discussions, being that it is out of our control.
To enjoy the same level of respect afforded other conferences ( B1G , SEC ) enjoy FSU , Miami , and VT would necessarily return to their dominance of old.
For you youngsters out there once upon a time nobody in the country wanted any part of FSU and Miami.
In fact , their rivalry game each year was the most anticipated college football game of the year , with the winner being the frontrunner for a national championship.
Fast forward to today and we are such a team but sit atop the ACC mountain alone with no real challenger.
