I have a feeling that Bengaline got the same emails I did

First you entered the lottery for tickets. Ok fine.

Then the email came yesterday saying you had been selected to be verified...to be able to possibly buy the tickets.

Once verified, there was another email that came which said you would be given a timeslot to possibly buy tickets in a future email...still not even guaranteed to be able to get a ticket if your timeslot is sold out before you get in to it.

Seems overly convoluted to buy some tickets to the baseball equivalent of the Harlem Globetrotters (which I took my son to years ago and was a lot of fun).

I went to the Bananas-Clemson baseball game back in November.

Loved it, had a ball, but have absolutely no urge to ever go to another one.

It really is for kids, kids have the time of their lives.

They've created a demand that almost guarantees a sellout for every one of their events and all of the effort to secure tickets builds anticipation and makes you think you've found the Ark of the Covenant when you get one. It also keeps tickets off the secondary market and out of the hands of scalpers. Jesse Cole is undoubtedly one of the brightest marketing minds in the entire sports industry. In a changing landscape of college athletics, Clemson would do well to have a guy just like that in its athletic department to be quite honest.
