Right now,
The Executive branch is full on Autocrat wanna be.
The Legislative branch is MIA, or bowing down to said autocrat wanna be
The Judicial branch (mainly Fed judges) is actually doing its job and trying its best to keep the democracy alive
Now I certainly don’t agree with all judges, or all rulings, but it’s the system we have. I’ve stood in court and given the stink eye to many a judge for various reasons, but I’ve abided by the ruling OR appealed. dumb donald is constantly trying end runs around the courts, and even threatened judges.
If the Judicial branch bows done we’re all screwed

Appointed judges rescinding the will of the people. So democratic. 79 injunctions in 4 years against a President elected by the majority. We may not agree with his actions. We may not like his rhetoric. But in a republic we have to accept the will of the people. The majority overwhelmingly voted for this man and these judges are disregarding the will of the people.

Your clown didn’t accept the will of the people in 2020. He fought as hard as he could to overturn their will because his narcissistic a$$ just couldn’t believe that HE, Donald John Trump could actually lose at anything. Although these same judges shot him down then too. Many were appointed by him. The problem with him (among many 😏) is that everything is transactional to him. Anyone he appoints to ANY job he believes they owe him 100% loyalty no matter what. That’s not how it works or should work with a judge. They have a job to do and it doesn’t include doing whatever he wants them to do. I’m really effing amazed at the culty’s on here that actually go along with everything he does.

Viking- your statement shows an ignorance (possibly willful) of the constitution and the way our gov works. For those like you, this will be an educational moment(s)
1st off the polling on many of these issues would not support your statement. BUT even if it did, it still wouldnt be how our govt works. So many things in our history came from judicial rulings… and many were probably unpopular
