Reminiscing a little. I remember way back when we kids got in the game for 50 cents to sit on the hill. It was a little larger then before more seats were added on the sides. We kids ( 11-12 years old ) would go behind the concession stands and get a piece of card board and use it like a sled to slide down the hill. One time I got a really good start and ended up right in the corner of the end zone ( there was no fence then ). Coach Howard was around the 30 yard line and saw me. He gave me a look you would not believe, pointed at me and then pointed at the top of the hill. I think that was a clear sign to get the h#@* off the playing field. The fun was over for the day.( Don't even remember who we were playing.)

I guess students have gotten spoiled. And plus the product on the field hasn't been National Championship quality the past few years.

But this year looks to be a return to glory. So l think a packed hill would be in the making.
