Wayne’s World came out in the early 1990’s. Wayne’s World’s main audience was Gen X, followed by Millenials.
As far as brain rot …
Boomer generation started with people born ~1946 and ending ~ mid 1960’s.
Gen X is the generation that was born ~ mid 1960’s and ending ~mid-1980’s
Millenials - starting with births in the late 1980’s.

Millenials start in 1981 (because the first ones were coming of age around the millenium) and stop at 96. X is 65 to 80. Z is 97 to 2012. They ran out of letters so they named the next group alpha. You know why they named the 65-80 generation X? It's because it was approximately the tenth American generation, based on the oldest who fought in the Revolution (with the Whigs, not Tories).

Before the days of teeny weenie coke bags a la Hunter Biden’s preferred coke package.
Back when I was too young but had the dubious pleasure of being around older kids who did drugs, they used folded up paper to transport their personal stash of blow.

Also, looks l8ke you overlooked the very small- bowl spoon that Merz somewhat deftly removed from the table.
I’d only seen actual use of coke on TV, but the reruns of old movies show coke users sniffing coke using tiny bowl spoons.
I can see why, if it was indeed a used napkin, why Macron might have been motivated to remove a snot rag that he left on the table after blowing his nose. Great State Craft, that class act Macron; leaving a boogered up tissue on the table while talking with Merz before the rude interruption.
But Merz with the, let’s call it a teeny weeny espresso spoon. Why was that such an embarrassing item to be on the table? Merz sure tried to use sleight of hand to get rid of it.
(*). If there was nothing to hide, then why hide it? Of course, maybe they didn’t want Stermer to get any?
I’m assuming that it wasn’t a come party between Macron and Merz. It’s just funny 2atching them try to cover up something innocent.
